Please contact us immediately if you discover any security vulnerabilities on Shelbyhall. All valid reports will be taken seriously, and we will work to resolve verified issues as quickly as possible.

SECTION 1 – CORE PRINCIPLES

We will not pursue legal action against individuals who submit vulnerability reports in good faith and in accordance with the guidelines below:

1. Allow Reasonable Time: Provide sufficient time for investigation and resolution before public disclosure.
2. Respect Privacy: Do not access, modify, or expose personal data belonging to other users.
3. Act Responsibly: Avoid actions that may disrupt services or negatively affect other users.
4. No Exploitation: Do not use vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access or privileges.
5. Legal Compliance: Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

SECTION 2 – RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE

We appreciate the efforts of security researchers who help improve the safety of our systems. Valid vulnerability reports will be reviewed and addressed based on severity and potential impact.

SECTION 3 – NON-ELIGIBLE SUBMISSIONS

The following issues are generally not eligible: spam reports, social engineering attempts, phishing campaigns, or reports that do not demonstrate a genuine security risk.
